Papers If you would like to speak then please indicate your wish to do so by May 15th. Abstracts of ~250 words are required by June 1st. Anything over 275 words will be subject to editing. Please note that, if accepted for presentation, this material will be provided for each registrant and presented for publication of the OPS Proceedings in the New Zealand Journal of Zoology. If authors agree, there is also the possibility of the papers being presented in a special volume of NZJZ.
Posters Poster facilities will be available this year. Please submit an abstract indicating that this is a poster presentation. Again early indication of intention is appreciated.
Presentations Presentations will be 20 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions. A PC running MS Powerpoint 2003 and a data projector will be available. An overhead and slide projector will be available if requested in advance.
Office 2007 and Mac users Some of the default fonts on your computer may not available on other computers. To ensure compatibility use "standard fonts" like Arial, times Roman etc or embed fonts. See;
